Propinspire provides real estate advisory and referral services, connecting prospective buyers and investors with RERA-approved developers and properties. Our services include:

• Property search and recommendations based on client preferences
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits
• Provide market insights, pricing trends, and investment analysis
• Facilitate connections with developer partners
• Assistance with documentation and legal compliance

We act as an advisory and referral platform. The final property purchase agreement is between the buyer and the respective developer. Propinspire does not directly buy, sell, or lease properties.

3. User Obligations & Responsibilities

As a user of our Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
• Not misuse the Platform for any fraudulent or unauthorized activities
• Not upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our Platform without written permission

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Property Information & Disclaimers

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date property information. However:

• Property details, pricing, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice
• Images, renderings, and virtual tours are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect actual finishes
• We recommend verifying all information directly with the developer before making any purchase decision
• Propinspire makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of property listings

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Propinspire Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and design elements, is the property of Propinspire or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our content

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Propinspire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or services
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for our services

7. Indemnification

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Platform

8. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites, including property developers, financial institutions, and government portals. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the third party. We recommend reviewing their terms and policies before engaging with them.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Engaging in fraudulent or unlawful activities
• Creating a risk of legal exposure for Propinspire
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive termination.

1. Negotiation: Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations.
2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in Hyderabad, Telangana.
3. Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

13. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Propinspire regarding use of the Platform.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
